Rio Data was born as an extension of weKnow Inc., a company born in Costa Rica, with over 14 years of experience in web development and open-source technologies like Drupal.

Backed by that solid foundation, we created Rio Data to focus exclusively on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and advanced automation.

In 2024, we decided to take a bold step forward: we launched Rio Data, a specialized team focused on AI and Data Science—built with the same vision, values, and dedication that have guided us since day one.
